Welcome to Tiny Hero Portraits. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Tiny Hero Portraits, the operator of tinyheroportraits.com. We provide personalized AI-generated portraits and canvas prints (the "Services"). By using our Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

By using our Services you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). If you allow a child to use our Services on your devices you are responsible for their activity. When placing an order you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your email, billing details, and — for canvas orders — your shipping address.

Tiny Hero Portraits creates personalized AI-generated portraits from photos you provide. Each portrait is custom-made for you. Colors may appear slightly different on screen than on a printed canvas, AI-generated artwork has a distinctive style that can vary slightly from preview images, and canvas texture and finish may differ from digital previews. We stand behind every portrait we create — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for our quality commitment.

When you upload a photo you confirm that you own it or have permission from the people in it, that it does not contain inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content, and that it features a real person (not an AI-generated face or copyrighted character). We use your photos solely to create your portrait. We do not sell or share them. Uploaded photos and unpurchased previews are automatically deleted after 7 days; see our Privacy Policy for details.

Once your portrait is delivered, you own it for personal, non-commercial use — print it, display it, share it with family and friends. You may not resell it, distribute it commercially, or claim the underlying AI technology as your own. We may retain a copy of your portrait for customer service and quality assurance, and will not use it in marketing without your explicit written permission.

Tiny Hero Portraits are created using artificial intelligence. Each portrait is uniquely generated based on your photo and the scene you select, and results may vary slightly even with similar inputs. By using our Services you acknowledge that your portraits are AI-generated artwork.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; your order is confirmed when we accept payment.

• Digital portraits are delivered immediately and cannot be cancelled after purchase.
• Canvas orders can be changed or cancelled within 6 hours of payment by emailing hello@tinyheroportraits.com. After that window your order is locked and sent to production.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Prices and promotions may change without notice; the price you pay is the price displayed at checkout. By providing payment information you confirm that the payment method belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Digital portraits are delivered to your email within minutes of purchase. Canvas prints are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partners. See our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy for processing and delivery timeframes.

Our Services — including our website, branding, AI technology, artistic styles, text, images, graphics, and designs — are owned by Tiny Hero Portraits or our licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only. "Tiny Hero Portraits" and our logos are our trademarks.

If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, or other feedback, you grant us permission to use that feedback in our marketing, on our website, and on social media. You confirm that the feedback is your honest opinion and that you have the right to share any photos or content included.

Our Services include third-party tools such as payment processors and email providers. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of those third parties — their terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services.

You agree not to use our Services to: violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, upload inappropriate or harmful content, harass or impersonate others, transmit malware or spam, disrupt our Services, or use them for commercial purposes without permission. We may terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms.

Our Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This disclaimer does not limit your rights under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Hero Portraits and our partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tiny Hero Portraits and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, your use of our Services, or content you upload.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated via email. Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Tiny Hero Portraits.
